The first stage of their sleeping process begins when your baby’s eyes are closed while he/she has stopped moving around but still contains some movement within his body as if trying to find something comfortable on which lie down; this usually lasts for about 45 minutes before going onto the next part–a deeper rest period where all muscle tension disappears from both head & neck area along with slow breathing
